PAN fiber seal packing

High specification polyvinyl rubber (PAN) fibre compression fillers are impregnated with a variety of lubricants/dispersions and combined with other fibre materials for optimal application performance

Glass fiber compression packing

Woven from continuous filament, textured and air blown glass yarn. A variety of impregnation options are available or combined with Inconel wire reinforcement to meet application requirements.

Aramid packing

High tensile strength and high performance synthetic fibers are very efficient in transferring mechanical stress. Impregnated with a variety of lubricants/dispersions and used in combination with other fibrous materials to meet application requirements.

Teflon compression packing

High strength, low friction coefficient, multifilament PTFE yarn. Vacuum impregnated PTFE dispersion and saturated with chemically resistant lubricant ensures wear resistance.

Teflon graphite packing

High strength and chemical resistance composite yarn made of cross - locking braid of teflon and graphite. Self-lubricating virtually eliminates shaft wear and provides exceptional service life.

Preformed gland shrink ring

For ease of installation and reduced maintenance time, custom preformed compression packing rings can also be manufactured to meet specific size and application requirements and supplied in fixed quantities.

Compressed packing extractor

These flexible extractors are designed to facilitate the removal of old packaging of any size. The long, flexible handle of the extractor makes it easy to access even those glands in the most awkward positions. Provide with or without replaceable suction heads.

There are four models of extractor:

LK-1: Suitable for 1/8 inch (3.2 mm), 3/16 inch (5 mm), and 1/4 inch (6.5 mm) packages

LK-2: Suitable for 5/16 inch (8 mm) and 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) packages

LK-3: Suitable for 7/16 inch (11 mm) and 1/2 inch (12.5 mm), 9/16 inch (14.5 mm), and 5/8 inch (16 mm) packages

LK-4: Suitable for 3/4 inch (19 mm) packaging
